This policy explains what happens to data when you play Find the Difference: Spot 5
(package com.style.findthedifference), an Android game published by Style App
("we", "us").
The short version. We do not ask for your name, email, or any account. We do not run our own servers and we never receive your personal data. Your game progress stays on your device. The only third party involved is Google AdMob, which shows the ads that keep the game free and which may use your device's advertising ID.
None. The app has no sign-up, no login, no analytics SDK, and no backend. We cannot identify you and we receive no data about you.
The game saves your progress locally so you can pick up where you left off. It never leaves your phone, and it is deleted when you uninstall the app:
You can erase all of it at any time from Settings → Reset progress, or by uninstalling the app.
The game is free and is funded by ads served through Google AdMob. We show banner ads, occasional full-screen ads between levels, and optional rewarded videos that you choose to watch in exchange for a hint or extra time.
To serve, cap, and measure those ads, Google may collect and process:
| Category | Examples |
|---|---|
| Device & advertising identifiers | Android Advertising ID (AAID) |
| Device information | Device model, operating system version, language, screen size |
| Network information | IP address, mobile network / carrier, coarse location derived from IP |
| Ad interaction | Ads shown, ad views, clicks, rewarded-video completions |
This processing is carried out by Google as an independent controller under its own terms. Please see:
Any purchase is processed by Google Play Billing. We never see or store your payment card, billing address, or Google account details. We only store a single yes/no flag on your device recording that the ad-free option was purchased. See the Google Payments privacy notice for how Google handles payment data.
| Permission | Why |
|---|---|
INTERNET | Required to load ads. The game itself plays fully offline. |
AD_ID | Lets AdMob access the advertising ID to serve and cap ads. |
VIBRATE | Haptic feedback on correct and incorrect taps. Can be turned off in Settings. |
The app does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, files, precise location, or any other sensitive permission.
This game is suitable for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ad requests are configured with Google's maximum content rating of G (general audiences). If you believe a child has provided personal information through this app, please contact us and we will act promptly.
We hold no data about you, so there is nothing for us to retain or delete. All local game data is removed when you uninstall the app, or immediately when you use Settings → Reset progress. To have advertising data handled or deleted, use the Android advertising ID controls described above, or contact Google directly.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, the CCPA/CPRA or similar laws — including access, correction, deletion, and objection to processing. Because we hold no personal data, such requests are best directed to Google as the party that processes advertising data. We will help where we can — just get in touch.
Game data is stored in the app's private storage area, which Android isolates from other apps. As no personal data is transmitted to us, there is no transfer for us to secure.
If this policy changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and publish the revised version at this URL. Material changes will also be noted in the app's store listing.
