ColorJoy Kids is a colouring app for young children, published by Style App. This policy explains, in plain language, what the app does and does not do with information.
1. Information we do not collect
The app never asks for, and we never receive:
- Names, email addresses or phone numbers
- Accounts, sign-ins or passwords
- Photographs, contacts, microphone or camera access
- Precise location
- Any information that identifies a child
2. Information stored on the device
So the app can remember where a child left off, the following is saved locally on the device only. It is not transmitted to us or to anyone else.

Uninstalling the app, or using Reset App Data in the Parent Area, removes this information from the device.
3. Photo gallery permission
The app can save a finished picture to the device's photo gallery. Permission is requested only at the moment someone taps Save, never when the app starts. Declining it does not affect colouring — artwork is still kept inside the app. ColorJoy Kids does not read, browse or upload existing photos.
4. Sharing artwork
Sharing only ever happens when a person taps Share. The picture is then handed to the Android share sheet, and where it goes is entirely the sender's choice. Nothing is shared automatically or in the background.
5. Advertising
ColorJoy Kids may display advertising supplied by Google AdMob to keep the free version available. Because this app is directed at children:
- Every ad request is tagged for child-directed treatment.
- Ads are limited to a general audience (G) content rating.
- Ads are requested as non-personalised, so no interest profile is built.
- Advertising is never placed over the colouring canvas, the colour palette or the tool buttons.
Google may process limited technical data (such as a device identifier and general region) to deliver and measure these ads. Their handling is described in Google's privacy and terms. Purchasing the ad-free option removes advertising entirely.
6. Analytics
ColorJoy Kids includes no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. We do not measure how individual children use the app.
7. Children's privacy
The app is designed for children aged roughly 2–6 and is built to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the Google Play Families policy, and the GDPR provisions covering children. Because no personal information is collected, there is nothing for us to disclose, sell or transfer. We do not sell data to anyone, ever.
8. Purchases
Optional premium content is sold through Google Play. Payment is handled entirely by Google; we never see card numbers or billing details. The app stores only whether the purchase is active.
9. Parent Area
Settings that affect purchases, privacy and stored data sit behind a press-and-hold gate so they cannot be changed accidentally by a child.
10. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new date at the top. Material changes will also be noted in the app's store listing.
